This sounds expensive, how much will it cost me to employ my own personal assistant?

 

We are actually cheaper than most property management companies, and the benefit of being with us it that you are not tied to any one particular company. You can have the luxury of choosing from lots of different services and companies, but you will have just one person coordinating everything on your behalf. We charge a small retainer for our loyal services, and then you pay as you go for any cleaning, laundry, repairs ect. For an external services we help organise for you, ie removals, boat trips etc we charge a 10% arrangement fee. Alternatively for special tailored services, we can charge an hourly rate. We are very flexible and affordable, and are happy to negotiate for bigger contracts and referrals.

        

 

I have my property advertised on a few “owners direct” websites, can Casa Concierge answer all of my enquiries from the adverts and manage all the meet and greets for my holidaymakers and take over the cleaning and laundry?

          

We can help you with any aspect of your property management, acting           strictly upon your instructions. We also have a few websites we can get           your property advertised on for free. We can help you with lots of extra ways to market your property and maximise your rental. Don’t forget your property secretary is an experienced property professional with many years of experience, we have many ideas to help you promote your property.

 

 

I only have one small property that I rent out to holidaymakers, can I employ Casa Concierge just to organise a bit of cleaning and key-holding for me? 

 

Absolutely, no job is more important than another. Every property and owner is valuable to us, no matter how big or small the job. You will still be assigned your own personal contact who will coordinate and check the property has been cleaned to your satisfaction.

 

I never get the time to get out to Spain, I’m not sure my property is being well looked after, can you look into it for me and give me full report of what is going on out there and an honest view about the condition of my property?

 

We are here to act strictly on your behalf, if something is not right, it will be reported immediately, along with a recommended course of action.

 

I’m suspicious that my agent is using my property for rental and not telling me, or paying me the money. Can you help?

 

Yes, sadly this is common in the holiday rental market. We can inspect your property at regular intervals to ensure your property is vacant when it should be. If there are any problems whatsoever, we can give you advice and support and assist you in finding a solution.

 

I have a property that has been sitting empty for a while, can you advise me what to do with it? Should I sell now, or look for rental income?

 

We are very experienced in the property investment market and can assist you with help and advice about the right course of action to take. We can accumulate valuations and information from several other local property professionals as well as our own, to ensure you get honest and impartial advice. We will then oversee the rental, references, management and maintenance, or find on your behalf suitable estate agents to help sell the property, and we will then coordinate viewing arrangements and keys. 

 

I own a larger property and need someone to oversee the whole management of my estate. I am concerned about security when I am not there.

 

We can keep a close eye on your property, ensuring it is inspected by your personal assistant as regular as you see fit. We can also organise a full professional security check by a local security expert. We can personally oversee the installation and testing of your security equipment to ensure you are fully protected. We can also oversee all maintenance and repairs at the property to ensure contractors lock up correctly when they leave, and your property is secure at all times.

 

I have several properties, some long term rental, some short term rental, some for sale, I have a nightmare trying to coordinate everything from the UK, different people calling me all the time. Can you handle the lot, so I only need to deal with one person?

 

No problem, this is our speciality. We can take care of groups or single            units, each property will enjoy the same level of care and attention                   regardless.

 

 

We’ve got a big anniversary coming up and I want to organise a big                  surprise for my wife, can you arrange something magical for her?

 

That would be our pleasure! We can arrange anything from a romantic candlelit dinner on the beach to a helicopter flight or private yacht. We have all the best contacts in the Costa Del Sol. We’ve even organised a wedding on a yacht!

 

My property has been rented out for a long time, its looking a bit tired, can you organise a refurbishment, and some new furniture? I don’t speak Spanish, and haven’t got time to find contractors.

The entire project will be overseen by your personal property secretary, and all progress reported to you by email with photos attached. We can then shop around on your behalf to get you the style of furnishings you want at a price that suits you.

 

I need some good advice on my non resident tax, can I speak to somebody English?
