Your personal property secretary can assist you with absolutely anything required to ensure the smooth running of your property here in the Costa Del Sol. From cleaning and laundry, to refurbishment and interior design. From a new-build handover and snagging to holiday rentals and reselling.

 

 

Your designated assistant can also be instructed to make arrangements for your own personal trips to Spain, (business or holidays,) help provide holiday services for your guests or tenants and will be an emergency contact for anybody staying in your property.

Please note: All prices are detailed here in Euro, for your convenience, we can accept smaller payments in sterling via our UK bank accounts. All properties and owners are dealt with individually and you will receive our best prices in your personalised quotation.

Marketing your property, (using our shop, media, internet and a network of local agents) organising keys and viewing arrangements, managing negotiations, instructing lawyer, overseeing sales process, and assisting with furniture removals.

 

Long Term Rentals -  1 months rent, then 10% for full management.

 

Marketing of the property, (using our shop, media, internet and a network of local agents) organising keys and viewing arrangements, managing negotiations, referencing, checking tenancy agreement, overseeing move, handling deposits. 

 

 

Holiday Rentals. €350 set up then 10% for full management.

 

We can put together a personalised marketing strategy for your holiday apartment or villa. We charge an initial set up fee and then 10% of any rental generated.
