We are completely independent and can help you coordinate a marketing and management strategy that will utilise all the possible marketing methods, from owners websites, to posters, “to let” boards and media advertising.

 

Your personal property secretary can prepare creative advertisements on your behalf, keep your online availability up to date, take care of your holiday tenants, be an emergency contact here in Spain, arrange payments and deposits, organise maintenance and repairs and cleaning and laundry.

From the initial point of contact, your holiday tenants will experience nothing but a 1st Class and highly professional service.

We will handle enquiries about your property with speed and efficiency, providing your tenants with receipts, reservation confirmations and directions to the property from the airport. We will further be on hand prior to the booking to give your holidaymakers any guidance and information they require. Once here in the Costa Del Sol, your personal assistant will meet with the holidaymakers to ensure everything is to their satisfaction at the property, and be on call should they need any help during their stay.

   

Additionally your Casa Concierge personal assistant can make arrangements for a wide variety of holiday enhancements, experiences and excellent things to see and do in the area local to your property. We have organised everything from luxury sports car hire to a wedding aboard a private luxury yacht.

Long Term Rentals

 

 

A long term rental agreement is another popular alternative to the holiday rental market. In Spain tenancies are arranged on an 11 month or a “por temporada” basis. There are many agents now offering long term tenant find services, and choosing the right agent is important as marketing and referencing techniques differ greatly from company to company.

 

Casa Concierge can offer excellent support if you choose this avenue for your property. We will market your property for let in our beautiful shop in Estepona, we’ll advertise it in all the best local newspapers and it will have a great feature on our own websites. We have also developed relationships with some of the best letting agents on the Costa del Sol, and when you employ us, we will also enrol their assistance in finding a suitable tenant. (at no extra charge)

We will instruct on your behalf a few of the most reputable companies to work with us, this will ensure our excellent network will deliver the best possible service and the fastest, most qualified let. We will then check the references of the applicant on your behalf and discuss the arrangements with you.
