All of our holiday homes are lovingly cared for by Casa Concierge staff and are inspected before your arrival, cleaned and maintained to a pristine condition. We only have properties that are furnished to a good modern standard, and that present excellent value for money holiday accommodation. You can choose from a variety of different styles, sizes and prices, and if at any time you are not sure about something, please don’t hesitate to call one of our friendly team who will give you honest and impartial advice on the right accommodation for your party.

Booking Procedure for holiday apartments and villas

Our details are brief and to the point so you get all the important facts quickly.
Call us and speak to a resort guide who can ensure you are making the best property choice for your holiday, and check availability.
Hold the property for 7 days to allow time for flight bookings and travel arrangements.
Secure your holiday with deposit of 25%
Receive all official documentation, directions and welcome details.
On arrival leave a damages deposit of €200 (£150) with your representative, which will be returned to you before you leave Spain.
